ForceBase, Inc. is finalizing a full Terms of Service document. In the interim, the following applies to use of this website (forcebase.ai and any subdomains).

Website use

You may access, view, and share links to this website. You may not use it for automated data extraction beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt, and you may not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the site's operation.

Client engagements

All ForceBase client engagements (Studio, Platforms, Prototype-to-Production, Embedded Engineering, Platform Licensing, etc.) are governed by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). The contents of this website — including product descriptions and engagement types — are marketing materials and do not constitute an offer or a binding agreement.

No warranty

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ForceBase, Inc. makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose regarding the information published here.

Governing law

Any dispute related to this website is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
